Resources for Clinicians

The Kids Mental Health Foundation offers free mental wellness and diagnosis specific materials for you and your patient families.

Our articles and worksheets can help families start new habits to build mental health and wellness. You can give them tools to try with you in the office, to take home, or use while waiting for their first appointment. Our resources range from a variety of topics providing anticipatory guidance on topics such as sleep and intervention strategies for diagnoses such as anxiety and depression (i.e. thought challenging and behavior activation).
