Dr. Raglin Bignall has expertise in mental health disparities. She is committed to growing national and community partnerships to expand the reach of The Kids Mental Health Foundation to those who need mental health resources most.

John Ackerman, PhD, ABPP

Kids Mental Health Foundation contributor; board-certified clinical child and adolescent psychologist and suicide prevention clinical manager for the Center for Suicide Prevention and Research at Nationwide Children's Hospital

  • Trains schools, health care agencies and youth-serving organizations throughout Ohio in evidence-based suicide prevention best practices
  • Has published on treating mood disorders, neurocognitive risk factors for youth suicide, media reporting on suicide and digital health applications for suicide prevention
  • Serves on numerous state and national youth suicide prevention advisory boards and has co-edited an open-access book on youth suicide prevention best practices and policy implications
