I’m passionate about kids' mental health because: as a new mom who was also once a kid, I want to do my best to give my son all the tools he will need as he grows into himself & navigates the world. Tools that I don’t think were fully available to me as a kid. I would consider my childhood to have been pretty ideal, but I still did not realize that my big feelings deserved a little bit more attention & discussion. Prioritizing kids' mental health will only benefit our future generations, to help facilitate and support a world of even stronger adults.
