Ashley Eckstein

Ashley Eckstein is a dynamic force in the entertainment and fandom worlds. Best known as the voice of the iconic Ahsoka Tano in Star Wars, a character she originated in 2008, Ashley has captivated audiences as an actress, producer, author, designer, inspirational speaker and entrepreneur; and she revolutionized fandom culture when she founded Her Universe, a trailblazing fashion and lifestyle brand, in 2010.

Ashley's designs can currently be found at Disney Parks and stores around the world. She is currently serving as the co-creator, executive producer and lead character in an upcoming original audio drama for Disney, and she recently launched a new podcast titled, HypeFriend!, with her childhood friend and Disney on Broadway star, Michael James Scott. A leading authority on female fandom, Ashley has been featured in stories on CNN, MTV, Forbes, TODAY.com, ABC News, Entertainment Weekly, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal, among many others. She was honored by Good Housekeeping magazine as one of their 25 Awesome Women, invited to speak at Fortune Magazine’s Next Gen Most Powerful Women Summit, and named one of CNET’s Women Who Inspire.

Ashley's achievements extend to Mental Health advocacy, serving on the national advisory council for the Kids Mental Health Foundation. She lives with her husband, former Major League Baseball player and World Series MVP David Eckstein, in Orlando, FL and they love to travel the world in search of the best pizza.
