Being kind to others can set off a chain reaction of kindness. Look for opportunities to do something kind that may inspire others to be kind as well.
One option is to show your support for children’s mental health. Here are some examples below.

Share about how the kindness challenge has impacted you and your family on social media (please tag #KidsMentalHealthFoundation) or share a kindness or mental health fact from Kids Mental Health Foundation
Encourage others to take the kindness challenge. Send or share a message like, “I’m doing a 5 day kindness challenge and you can too! Get started at kidsmentalhealthfoundation.org/kindness.”
Donate a Kindness Kit for a classroom.(Classroom kits include teacher curriculum, classroom poster, two fun student activities, and pencils for a class of 30. Kindness Kits are $25 each.)

On Our Sleeves is a signature program of The Kids Mental Health Foundation partnering with leading children's hospitals and behavioral health providers. Focused on starting conversations and breaking stigmas, On Our Sleeves provides free resources to families, caregivers, educators and coaches across the country. Because we know kids don't wear their thoughts on their sleeves, this program gives them a voice.
